At the Ładne Historie Foundation, we're looking for someone who can help us grow our organization and raise funds for further activities. We're looking for someone who not only effectively raises funds but also has the ability to inspire others to support our initiatives—building lasting and valuable relationships with donors and partners, and engaging the community. This position is for someone who understands the specifics of working in an NGO, has experience in fundraising, and wants to make a real impact on the development of an organization whose work makes a difference.
Fundacja Ładne Historie has been operating since 2016, combining integration, animation, respite tourism, education, culture, and local heritage. We create a space for collaboration in Lower Silesia, with particular emphasis on Świdnica and Wrocław. We work with a diverse community, support local leaders, and encourage active participation in the service of others. We develop cross-sectoral collaboration and partnerships with business entities. Our activities are not projects, but stories and histories written in collaboration with the community around us.
We are currently looking for a person to join our Foundation team as a fundraiser:
Position: fundraiser.
Form of employment: replacement, to be agreed (fixed-term employment contract with the possibility of extension of cooperation or B2B).
Estimated duration of replacement: 1.5 years.
Working hours: 1 full-time position.
Place of work: on-site in Wrocław or Świdnica, as well as in the field.
Fee: 4000-4500 PLN net per month.
Start of employment: beginning of April 2025.
