We cordially invite you to participate in the environmental consultations on the "Respite Tourism Model".
The main goal of the project is to develop and implement a comprehensive model of respite tourism. The model takes into account the needs and capabilities of people with various disabilities and their caregivers, provides guidelines for activities in various types of terrain (urban, mountainous, aquatic, forest, etc.), and addresses respite tourism services of varying durations. The developed model is aimed at organizations providing respite tourism services.
The aim of the consultation is to collect opinions and comments on the model and to jointly develop solutions for the implementation and development of relaxation tourism in Poland.
Consultations will be held in two formats:
- On-site consultations: September 23-24, 2025, in Poznań (accommodation and meals are covered by PFRON/organizer). Space is limited – please register only one representative per organization. PFRON will inform you about the possibility of participation by email at the address provided in the registration form by September 11.
- Online consultations: October 1, 2025 (via Zoom or Teams). Consultation duration: up to 4 hours. A link to the meeting will be sent to the email address provided in the registration form by September 29.

„The ”Respite Tourism Model”, which will be the subject of the consultation, will be made available to participants no later than 7 days before the consultation date.
