The 10th edition of Summer in the Backyard is starting soon, which means more summer adventures in Świdnica!
We're looking for creative and energetic people who want to collaborate with us and co-create unique events! Do you have a knack for social media, event management, or technical solutions? Or perhaps you'd like to work with children in the future?
All people who apply for our program:
- will take part in interesting training courses;
- will receive certificates confirming the acquired skills;
- will establish new contacts and gain experience in teamwork.

→ Animation Team – support in preparing and conducting outdoor activities
Our Animation Team is a group of energetic, creative, and committed individuals who help organize and implement outdoor activities for children and young people. Their role is not only to support preparations but also to actively participate in the activities, foster connection with participants, and create a friendly atmosphere.
What do people in the Animation Team do?
- They prepare materials and space for classes – organizing equipment, decorations, games and activities, as well as ensuring the safety and comfort of participants.
- They run activities and games – they encourage children to be active, come up with creative ways to spend time, and ensure positive energy during classes.
- They create a warm and supportive atmosphere – they help build relationships, support children and young people in active participation, and ensure the inclusiveness of activities.
- They support organizers in coordinating events – they help communicate with participants, monitor the schedule, and support presenters in implementing the daily plan.
- Bring your own ideas! – If you have creative ideas for classes, workshops, or fun activities, this is a great space to implement them and test them in practice!

→ Technical Team – support in organizing and managing events
Our Technical Team is the team without whom no event would take place! These are the people who oversee the preparation, smooth running, and logistics of our outdoor activities, such as skatepark activities and Summer Cinema on Kocach screenings. If you enjoy being outdoors, tinkering, organizing spaces, and overseeing the technical aspects of events, this is the place for you!
What do people in the Technical Team do?
- They help with the assembly and disassembly of equipment – setting up sound systems, screens, lighting, scenography and skatepark elements.
- They ensure the efficient organization of the space – preparing the event venue, arranging seats, hanging decorations, signs and banners.
- They operate technical equipment – assisting with sound systems, projectors, microphones and other devices used during events.
- They support the organizers in coordinating the event – keeping track of the schedule, maintaining order, and helping participants navigate the site.
- They secure the space and ensure the comfort of participants – making sure everything runs smoothly and safely.

Do you have Instagram and TikTok at your fingertips? Do you know what's trending and how to capture your audience's attention? Or perhaps you'd like to learn how to run creative social media? Join the Promotions Team and help us publicize our activities online!
What do people in the Promotion Team do?
- They create content for TikTok and Instagram – recording short videos, reports, posts and reels from our events.
- They take photos and videos during activities – capturing the best moments, emotions and behind-the-scenes of events.
- They write posts and create descriptions – catchy slogans, good copy and cool storytelling are the key!
- They design graphics and promotional materials – if you enjoy Canva or other graphic design software, you can help create the visual side of the promotion.
- Interacting with your audience – responding to comments, messages, engaging with the community.
- They come up with creative campaigns and post formats – do you have an idea for a viral challenge, a series of posts, or an interesting way to showcase our work? Great, we'll implement it together!
