We are very happy to share with you great news – the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons has awarded us a grant to organize as many as 8 RESPIRATION TRIPS for families affected by disabilities from areas damaged by the flood!
We are extremely happy that we can once again support the families of people with disabilities, giving them time to rest, regenerate and escape from everyday worries during multi-day trips.
To start with, we are starting with two respite trips for Mom and two for Dad.
For whom?
- For parents of children with disabilities – this is your time to rest, talk and have a moment for yourself.
- Families from areas affected by a natural disaster after the 2024 flood can apply for the trips (list of locations below).
Dates and places
Mom's Trips:
- 23-25.03 – Szklarska Poręba
- 11-13/04 – Szklarska Poręba (NO PLACES AVAILABLE, REGISTRATION CLOSED)
Dad Trips:
- 28-30.03 – Szklarska Poręba
- April 14-16 – Jakuszyce
Each trip is for 5 parents and 5 children – an intimate group, a warm atmosphere and lots of positive emotions.

List of areas affected by natural disaster
in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship:
– the counties of Bolesławiec, Kamienna Góra, Karkonosze, Kłodzko, Lwówek, Wałbrzych, Ząbkowice, Dzierżoniów, Lubań, Jawor, Legnica, Środa, Wołów, Zgorzelec, Złotoryja and Świdnica as well as the cities with county rights of Wałbrzych, Sobótka, Kąty Wrocławskie, Mietków and Jelenia Góra;
in the Opole Voivodeship:
– Głubczyce, Nysa and Prudnik counties, Brzeg, Kędzierzyn-Koźle, Opole, Brzeg, Kędzierzyn-Koźle, Opole and Krapkowice counties
in the Silesian Voivodeship:
– the counties of Bielsko, Cieszyn, Pszczyna and Racibórz and the city with county rights of Bielsko-Biała.
The public task is financed from funds received from the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons.
