The 30th Andrzej Zawada Mountain Festival is getting closer! Let's meet between September 4th and 7th, 2025, in Lądek-Zdrój! And on Sunday, the last day of the festival – September 7th – we invite you on a trip! Together, we'll set off for the mountain pasture beneath Śnieżnik.
30th Mountain Festival in Lądek-Zdrój
This year's most important accessibility solutions include:
- N pass entitling entry with a supporting person;
- access ramps and designated areas for wheelchair users (Jack Wolfskin Big Tent, Amphitheater, Cinema Tent, Basecamp);
- a platform at the Lower Silesian music stage – with ramps, chairs and access to electricity;
- induction loops in the Jack Wolfskin Big Tent and the Amphitheater;
- interpretation into Polish Sign Language (PJM) during selected lectures and staff members familiar with the basics of PJM;
- adapted toilets and showers – also at the campsite.
We encourage you to participate in the entire festival – it's a great opportunity to soak up the mountain atmosphere, meet inspiring people and… be together!

Panel discussion: Mountains for everyone – what does this mean in practice?
On Saturday, September 6th at 2:00 PM, we invite you to a panel discussion on mountain accessibility. Can mountains be accessible to people with disabilities? This isn't just about infrastructure, but above all, about cooperation, openness, and working despite barriers.
During the meeting we will talk about:
- what accessibility means in practice in mountainous areas,
- what the presence of people with disabilities in the mountains brings – to them and to communities, how to create "accessibility chains" in a space that is not easy by nature.
This will be a conversation about vulnerability, partnership, and change. Join us and discover that accessibility isn't just about infrastructure—it's about attitude.
The panel will be attended by:
- Daniel Gerus – originator of the „Łączą Nas Góry” campaign;
- Agnieszka Kwolek – member of the National Team in para-climbing;
- Magdalena Koniecka and Grzegorz Kłak – winners of the Kolosy competition, conquerors of the Crown of Polish Mountains and enthusiasts of mountain challenges;
- Zofia Staszewska – winner of the bronze medal at the 1st Polish Open Paraclimbing Championships;
- Tomasz Sługocki – accessibility coordinator at the Marshal's Office of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship;
- Maria Zięba – leader of cultural and social initiatives, president of the Ładne Historie Foundation.
The trips took place under the honorary patronage of the Lower Silesian Voivode and the Marshal of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship.
