We invite families living in Wrocław in the Plac Grunwaldzki, Ołbin, and Przedmieście Oławskie housing estates to participate in a project supporting entire families in difficult situations.
Who can participate in the project
You can take part in the project if you and your family meet three conditions:
- you live in Wrocław in one of three housing estates: Plac Grunwaldzki, Przedmieście Oławskie, Ołbin;
- you are on social assistance or your family is experiencing various problems, e.g. unemployment, care and upbringing problems, helplessness, addictions, violence;
- you have been experiencing poverty for at least two generations.
How will we support families participating in the project?
We will prepare:
- development and support workshops for families,
- integration trips,
- activities that develop children's interests (e.g. talent development academy, development laboratories),
- assistance for children and young people and community support,
- individual counseling,
- support of family assistants,
- a one-time cash voucher for a family project,
- and many more…
When will we implement the project?
We will start the project after the recruitment process is completed, i.e. according to the plan, from May 31, 2025 to April 30, 2027.

When and where to apply?
Submit your application form to a social worker (from the team responsible for the area where you live) between 27 March and 30 April 2025.
