We only have one health – so it's worth taking care of it together! On September 13th, we invite you to the 16th Wrocław Health Promotion Days, which will take place at 58 Legnicka Street in front of Magnolia Park. There will be health screenings and expert advice, activities and games for children, and practical tips on how to introduce healthy habits into the lives of the whole family. Check out what we have prepared for you in the program!
The event program is divided into three sections: partner booths offering free testing, advice, and consultations; the main stage with discussions and screenings; and a special children's zone filled with workshops and activities for the youngest participants. As always, admission to the event is free and requires no registration (except for requests for special needs, including Polish Sign Language interpretation).
During the event, we will encourage you to participate in an anonymous survey of your opinions on the city's initiatives in the areas of disease prevention, healthy lifestyle promotion, and awareness. Your opinions are very important to us!

- ARTISTS OF TASTE – fruit and vegetable landscapes (Academy of Nutrition)
We invite children to creative culinary workshops, where fruits and vegetables will become the material for creating colorful "paintings." Joint chopping, arranging, and composing will be a fun activity, and in the end, delicious smoothies and healthy snacks will be created. During the workshops, we will focus on practical learning about healthy eating through play – each child will have the opportunity to prepare products independently and discover flavors. We will take care of every detail to ensure that the workshops are an unforgettable experience that combines fun with valuable education.
- Power Jars – Healthy Cold Desserts (Think Healthy – Kornelia Stafisz)
During the workshops, participants will create their own colorful layered desserts by arranging ingredients in the order they choose – fruit, cereal, nuts, and yogurt. Each jar will be packed with nutritious ingredients: protein, fiber, vitamins, and healthy fats. The goal of the workshops is to encourage children to eat fruit and healthy snacks in an attractive format, as well as to teach them how to create a nutritious, colorful "fit dessert" meal. The workshops foster creativity and independence, and provide a rich sensory experience – children learn through taste, smell, color, and texture. It's also an opportunity for teamwork and the shared joy of creating – each participant will prepare their own version of the "Power Jar.".
- Cycling etiquette – healthy, safe and active! (Marek Zator – Wrocław Father's Club)
Cycling workshops are a great opportunity to discover how regular cycling positively impacts our health and why it's worth choosing a bike for your daily commute – to work, school, or the playground. We'll discuss the principles of safe riding: the role of a helmet, proper lighting, anticipating road situations, and staying alert. Participants will learn the basics of cycling etiquette and how to care for their bike – from cleaning and maintaining the drivetrain to setting up the bike in a healthy and comfortable way. There will also be practical tips on how to deal with a problem on the road – how to change a tube, tighten a chain, or true a wheel. The workshops are designed for entire families – because exercise is healthy, and shared activity brings a lot of joy and strengthens bonds.
- Breathing workshops
At 2:00 PM sharp in the chillout zone (tent with loungers - you can specify the exact location here), certified Buteyko Method breathing trainer Agnieszka Kupis will lead a free breathing session with elements of theory for coping with stressful situations. Do you struggle with stressful situations every day? Come and discover the tools that will help you manage stress in just minutes, and with systematic use, stressful situations will no longer be a problem! Be on time to ensure you don't miss any stress-relieving tools or stress-related knowledge. After the breathing session, we invite you to Agnieszka Kupis's booth for a conversation about health and any nagging questions.
