On December 31, 2025, the "Wrocław Without Violence 2025" campaign, implemented by the Ładne Historie Foundation, came to an end.

The campaign that started on November 19, i.e. on the International Day for the Prevention of Violence against Children, This time it focused on one of the most difficult topics of violence, i.e. sexual violence.

The motto of this year's campaign was: "Safety starts with my consent," emphasizing autonomy and the right to decide about one's own body, and its main goal was to educate on recognizing boundaries and inform about available forms of free support for people experiencing violence. It's important to recognize how often sexual violence is overlooked, trivialized, or pushed out of the public conversation. In many communities, it remains an uncomfortable and unspoken topic, even though it affects so many people.

During this year's campaign, education and a clear message were crucial: the perpetrator is always responsible for violence, and consent must be conscious, voluntary, and clearly expressed. If someone reports experiencing violence, let's respond calmly and without judgment – let's listen, provide support, and ensure their safety. Such responses truly matter!

The campaign covered all of Wrocław. Brochures and posters were distributed to numerous institutions across the city, including municipal libraries, municipal social welfare centers, psychological and pedagogical counseling centers, Wrocław secondary schools, cultural institutions, and Local Activity Centers. Residents of Wrocław could learn about the campaign through messages displayed on validators, ticket machines, and LCD screens in public transport vehicles. Animations informing about the campaign's goals were also available on screens in many city institutions, including the Wrocław Airport and Centennial Hall.

For the purposes of the campaign, an educational exhibition was organized, including at the Wrocław Culture Zone, which included all the most important information regarding sexual violence. So-called campaign reels were posted on local social media. Information about the "Wrocław Without Violence 2025" campaign also reached residents through local websites (wroclaw.pl, onet.pl) or radio stations, including Radio Luz, Lower Silesian Your Radio.

Interviews were held with experts involved in the work on this year's edition, for example with Izabela Beno: https://www.wroclaw.pl/dla-mieszkanca/przemoc-seksualna-objawy-gdzie-po-pomoc-wroclaw.

The aim of the campaign was to strengthen the sense of security of Wrocław residents by identifying available places and forms of support, and by preparing specialists and people working with people to provide professional, comfortable assistance.
