As part of the "Wrocławska Wybrana Rodzina" (Wrocław Family Win) project, we are seeking a local community organizer to join our team. The role of the person hired will be to support families participating in the project, collaborate with partners within an interdisciplinary team, and lead activities aimed at integrating the local community, including building a support network, organizing events, and fostering neighborhood relationships within the immediate community of participating families.
„"Wrocław's Winning Family" is a project for families who have experienced difficult family situations for generations, primarily financial and living conditions. We want these families to begin to cope better and provide their children with a better future. We are implementing the project out of the belief that people are not determined by environmental conditions, but can change them by harnessing the strengths of themselves, their families, and their immediate surroundings. Together with our partners and local partnerships, we are taking steps to increase the competencies and skills of families in need and their individual members in the area of social functioning.
We are currently seeking a local community organizer to join our Foundation team, working with families receiving support through the "Wrocławska Wybrana Rodziny" program. We are looking for someone who can empathetically build relationships in diverse environments, understand the mechanisms of social exclusion, and have experience in community, community, and social work. The organizer will work in the field, organizing local events, supporting families in overcoming barriers, and mobilizing community cooperation. This role requires someone familiar with the realities of working with people on a daily basis and able to work not only according to a plan but also in response to real needs and situations.
Position: animator.
Form of employment: ¼-time employment contract for 22 months from 1 July 2025 (it is possible to start work in the second half of June).
Place of work: Wrocław, Plac Grunwaldzki housing estate (exception: field training for families covered by the project).
Fee: PLN 1,400 net/month.
We are looking for a person:
- with experience in animation, environmental, educational or social work (welcome in the local environment),
- who is comfortable working in a diverse local community environment and knows the realities of community work,
- able to build relationships and trust in a diverse environment,
- independent, communicative, empathetic and responsible,
- ready to operate in the field, in changing conditions and with different age groups.

Scope of tasks:
- regular community and animation work with families participating in the project at Grunwaldzki Square,
- conducting animation and integration activities within the estate,
- cooperation with an interdisciplinary team of project specialists (including a psychologist, MOPS employees, educators, coordinator),
- organization of community events, workshops, neighborhood meetings,
- assistance in monitoring family involvement in project activities,
- documenting activities carried out and co-creating summaries,
- participating in regular project team meetings.

Fundacja Ładne Historie has been operating since 2016, combining integration, animation, respite tourism, education, culture, and local heritage.
