Your request should be reviewed promptly, no later than 7 days. If accessibility or an alternative form of access cannot be ensured within this timeframe, it will be reviewed no later than 2 months from the date of your request.

 

Complaints and appeals

 

If a public entity refuses to comply with a request to ensure accessibility or provide an alternative means of accessing information, the requesting party may file a complaint regarding the digital accessibility of a website, mobile application, or element of a website or mobile application. After exhausting the above-mentioned procedure, a request may also be filed with Commissioner for Human Rights.

Fundacja Ładne Historie currently does not have a permanent office. We conduct our activities in various locations and spaces, but we always choose those that are accessible to people with special needs.
