Art Lessons

Art lessons This is a series of meetings with representatives of the creative sector and the artistic community, held between 2017 and 2020. These inspiring lectures were divided into thematic sections, presenting the most interesting trends in the Polish creative community to a wider audience.

Subsequent sessions were held in several Lower Silesian cities: Świdnica (2017-2020), Wrocław (2018-2020), Jelenia Góra (2019-2020), and Legnica (2019), each time in close collaboration with local cultural entities. In 2020, the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic inspired us to find a new project format and engage in activities designed for online distribution.

Our primary goal in implementing and developing the "Art Lessons" project has always been to speak about creation and design in an open, accessible, and accessible way. In this way, we wanted to engage people who hadn't previously spent their free time in museums or art galleries with the world of art, design, makerspaces, and new media. At the same time, "Art Lessons" has brought together enthusiasts of culture, media, and art who want to stay abreast of significant changes in the creation, distribution, and consumption of culture in Poland.
