Take a breath of culture

We invite you to film therapy workshops for families and caregivers of people with disabilities. Art therapy workshops for children and people with disabilities will also be held simultaneously.

 

We also encourage you to participate in music therapy classes for people with disabilities and their caregivers.

 

Participation in the workshops is free, registration is required.

In the program

Film Therapy Workshops for Parents and Guardians – film screenings with post-screening discussions. During each screening, we provide respite care for the participants (children and adults with disabilities), who will also participate in art therapy workshops.


Art Therapy Workshops for Children and Adults with Disabilities – music therapy classes during which creative music therapy methods and techniques as well as relaxation techniques will be used.

The "Breathe with Culture" project also includes jazz concerts that we organize for residents of Social Welfare Centers in Lower Silesia.

 

In 2025 we have prepared five jazz concerts:
