The All Children's Center is being created as a place for children and young people from the estate and surrounding area – open, safe, and accessible, regardless of age, family situation, or needs. It's a space for being together, developing interests, relaxing after school, and building relationships. The Center is scheduled to open in September. The first step on this path was acquiring a location from the Wrocław Municipality, and the next step was securing funding for renovations under the Cultural Infrastructure 2025 program. Ministry of Culture and National Heritage.
We've completed another important phase of work at the premises on Górnickiego Street in Wrocław, which we're preparing to house the Centre's new headquarters. We've just completed a range of activities carried out as part of a project co-financed by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. This was one stage of a larger process, planned from the outset as a gradual, phased creation of a new space for children and young people in the estate. We're continuing and expanding the renovations thanks to the support of the Wrocław Municipality.

In the completed phase, we focused on the work that is the foundation of any space intended for children: safety, functionality, and accessibility. The space was cleaned up and technically prepared to allow for further development and adaptation to future activities. These are tasks that often remain invisible at first glance, but are crucial to the comfort and daily use of the space.
Scope of work carried out within the completed stage:
- installation of a new electrical installation in the premises,
- modernization of water and sewage installations,
- modernization of the ventilation system,
- replacement of window joinery,
- preparing the space for safe and functional use by children and young people,
- improving the accessibility of the premises, including the construction of a ramp enabling entry for people with limited mobility.
The project, implemented as part of the Cultural Infrastructure 2025 program, allowed us to take an important step forward and create a solid foundation for the next stages of renovation. This allows further work to be carried out in a more orderly manner, and the space itself is gradually taking shape as a place that will be vibrant with life in the future.
At the same time, it's worth emphasizing that the completion of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage project does not mean the end of the renovation as a whole. Work on the premises is still ongoing and will continue in the coming months. We still have a lot of work ahead of us – from further adapting the space to preparing it for daily use by children and young people. From the outset, we envisioned a phased approach, allowing us to develop the Center responsibly and in a manner that aligns with our current capabilities.
The All Children's Center is being created for children and young people who need a place "on the go"—a safe point of reference after school, a space for meetings, conversations, play, and shared activities. We want it to be an accessible, welcoming place, embedded in the everyday life of the neighborhood, not just another "events" institution.
We anticipate the Center's opening in September. Until then, we will continue renovations and program preparations. We will keep you updated on the next stages and progress. There's still a lot of work ahead of us, but each completed stage brings us closer to the moment when the Center will truly be operational—for children, young people, and the entire local community.
The project "Centre for the Development and Activity of Children and Youth – pilot" was co-financed by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage.
