Świdnica for the Young is an initiative that creates a space for cooperation, exchange of experiences and joint action for the benefit of children and young people in our city.

At the heart of this initiative are young people – their needs, ideas, and commitment. We are building an environment around them, to which we also invite representatives of non-governmental organizations, institutions, youth councils, student governments, educators, and activists who want to collaborate and strengthen the potential of young people.

Until now, many activities have been carried out in parallel, often without mutual contact or coordination. Today, we clearly see that collaboration and the exchange of experiences can significantly increase the effectiveness of initiatives.

That's why we create a space where it's possible to:

• sharing knowledge and experience,
• submitting and developing ideas,
• establishing cooperation between different environments,
• real influence on the shape of activities addressed to young people in Świdnica.

We are committed to regular meetings and building an environment based on partnership, openness and mutual support – without unnecessary formalization, yet with a clearly defined goal and direction of action.

An important element of Świdnica for the Young is also strengthening the competences of people working for children and young people – in particular young activists and representatives of organizations and institutions.

This initiative is the result of several years of experience and observation of activities conducted in Świdnica. It stems from the need to build a strong, effective local partnership that unites diverse communities and considers the voices of young people.

We believe that through cooperation, mutual understanding, and combining resources, it is possible to create lasting and valuable activities that have a real impact on the development of young people and the shape of social life in Świdnica.
