The project "Organization and implementation of an educational and recreational program called the Center for Development and Activity of Children and Youth" is being implemented thanks to funding from the Municipality of Wrocław (www.wroclaw.pl).www.wroclaw.pl).
On September 12, 2026, something we had long been waiting for happened – for the first time, we opened the doors of the All Children's Center at 39-41 Górnickiego Street in Wrocław.
It was a special day – we celebrated the beginning of another very important phase. For years, we have been working with children, young people, parents, caregivers, and educators to create the Center for Child and Youth Development and Activity at Grunwaldzki Square. The time has come for growth – thanks to our new location, this will be possible! After years of operating at Grunwaldzki Square, we are moving our operations to Ołbin. Our new location is located on Górnickiego Street, which connects these two neighboring neighborhoods. After this change, we will be more accessible to children and young people from both parts of the city. The new location also allows for easy access from all over the city center!
New space means new opportunities! This larger space allows us to invite more children and young people to the Center and develop offerings we couldn't have imagined before.
Although the All Children's Center operates in a new location, its community remains the same. From the outset, the Children and Youth Development and Activity Center program has primarily benefited children and young people living in Grunwaldzki Square and Ołbin. The new location on Górnickiego Street, located near primary schools in Ołbin, will make it easier for additional children and families to access the Center. It will also serve as a bridge between two local collaboration networks: the "Nasz Grunwald" partnership run by the Foundation and the Partnership for Ołbin, which we are joining with the opening of the Center. Through these relationships, we aim to further understand local needs, develop the program, and build collaboration around children and young people from both neighborhoods.
The creation of the All Children's Center was made possible thanks to the support of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage under the "Cultural Infrastructure 2026" program, the Municipality of Wrocław, and the Department of Health and Social Affairs of Wrocław City Hall, which has long supported the Foundation's activities for children, youth, and the local community. Numerous institutions, organizations, companies (including Pasaż Grunwaldzki), and individuals also contributed their knowledge, time, equipment, and experience to the project.
We also invite partners, companies, donors, and individuals who would like to support its development with knowledge, time, equipment, or financial resources to co-create this space. If you would like to co-create this space with us, please contact us by email at: fundacja@ladnehistorie.pl.
