#HealthierKnow – Did you know that… walking is also one of the simplest and most effective forms of preventative health care. Regular walking improves heart and lung function, supports concentration and memory, reduces stress, and promotes better sleep and well-being. It can also reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Even a short walk provides real benefits, so it's worth combining learning with exercise.
