The results of the Wrocław Participatory Budget – 2023 edition are in. Our neighborhood continues to make strides and improve local statistics every year! The "Renewal at Grunwaldzie" campaign, implemented in partnership with you, resulted in both projects receiving 1,035 votes, for neighborhood project number 200, "Renewal at Ładnej and Miła Streets," and 825 votes, for cross-neighborhood project number 204, "Renewal at Pasteur Street." Unfortunately, this year's thresholds for both levels were so high that the combined votes we collected proved insufficient, and both projects did not qualify for implementation.

To win this year, a minimum of 2,555 votes were required for a neighborhood project and 3,164 for a cross-neighborhood project. For a neighborhood our size, such a large number of votes is quite a challenge, but we'll gladly take it on with you in future editions!
Dreams give us the strength to move on
Last year, our project, project number 213, "Play Islands," received 709 votes, demonstrating how consistently implemented neighborhood work fosters local energy and empowerment. Across Wrocław as a whole, nearly 3,000 fewer people decided to vote in the WBO. Meanwhile, in our neighborhood, the trend is the opposite – more and more people are voting and getting involved every year. More and more people are joining us, wanting to influence the quality of life in their neighborhood. Climb to the top together
There are more and more of us, we're working together, and we're not giving up. The next edition of WBO begins in the spring, so we only have a quarter to draw conclusions and formulate a strategy for next year. In October, we'll be offering a meeting for all those interested in building a vibrant WBO team, as the expected deadline for submitting project applications is February 2024.
Time for mature relationships
We need you, our neighbors, because together we can do more. Thank you for the energy with which you put up posters, distributed leaflets, and created eco-friendly cardboard stands with campaign ads.
We thank all the people involved, the social committees, and partners. Our collective work provides immense inspiration and energy, motivating us to continue our work! We extend our special thanks to the "Nasz Grunwald" partnership for supporting the organization and implementation of the WBO campaign for another consecutive year!
We congratulate the winning estates (and estate coalitions) and keep our fingers crossed for the implementation of your initiatives.
