In a few weeks, we will open the All Children's Center – a new space on Górnickiego Street in Wrocław. For many, this will be their first experience with this place. For us, it's a natural continuation of a story that began in 2021 with the launch of the Center for Children and Youth Development and Activity at Grunwaldzki Square.

Working with children and young people is one of the pillars of our organization's activities. From the beginning of our operation in Wrocław, we aimed to create a space where children and young people can safely spend time after school, develop their interests, meet new people, and discover the world at their own pace. A place where they are at the center of activities and can co-create with us. Over the years, we organized regular classes and workshops, artistic activities, outings, events, and daily meetings. Over time, it became clear that the greatest value of this program lies in the relationships formed between participants, families, and the Foundation team.

As the Center's popularity grew and our relationships with families using our services matured, we realized we needed a larger space. Children and young people returned for additional activities, brought their siblings and friends, proposed their own ideas, and became increasingly active participants in the program. The new location will allow us to maintain the high quality of our activities, develop new initiatives, and open the Center to new families with children.

The All Children's Center is rooted in the belief that young people are curious explorers, creators, and conversation partners. We strive to create an environment in which they can develop their interests, experiment, collaborate with others, and discover that their ideas matter.

In the new space, children and young people will find a safe place to spend time after school, do homework, talk, and relax. The program will also include psychological support, shared meals, physical activity, after-school activities, youth meetings, and family events. Culture, art, and creative activities will remain an important part of the Center's daily life, helping develop imagination, empathy, sensitivity, and openness to others.

Although the All Children's Center will operate in a new location, its community remains the same. From the outset, the Children and Youth Development and Activity Center program has primarily benefited children and young people living in Grunwaldzki Square and Ołbin. The new address on Górnickiego Street, located near primary schools in Ołbin, will make it easier for additional children and families to access the Center. It will also serve as a bridge between two local collaboration networks: the "Nasz Grunwald" partnership run by the Foundation and the Partnership for Ołbin, which we are joining with the opening of the Center. Through these relationships, we aim to further understand local needs, develop the program, and build collaboration around children and young people from both neighborhoods.

The creation of the All Children's Center was made possible thanks to the support of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage under the "Cultural Infrastructure 2026" program, the Municipality of Wrocław, and the Department of Health and Social Affairs of Wrocław City Hall, which has long supported the Foundation's activities for children, youth, and the local community. Numerous institutions, organizations, companies (including Pasaż Grunwaldzki), and individuals also contributed their knowledge, time, equipment, and experience to the project.

We also invite partners, companies, donors, and individuals who would like to support its development with knowledge, time, equipment, or financial resources to co-create this space. If you would like to co-create this space with us, please contact us by email at: fundacja@ladnehistorie.pl

The official opening is coming up on September 12, 2026.

We'll share more about it soon. We hope it will be, above all, a celebration of the children and young people who have been co-creating this story with us for several years. We are confident that the All Children's Center will grow alongside them – thanks to their energy, ideas, curiosity about the world, and courage to discover what is still unknown.

The project of the Centre for the Development and Activity of Children and Youth – stage II was co-financed by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage from the Culture Promotion Fund – a state earmarked fund.

The project "Organization and implementation of an educational and recreational program called the Center for Development and Activity of Children and Youth" is being implemented thanks to funding from the Municipality of Wrocław (www.wroclaw.pl).www.wroclaw.pl).
