For 10 years, we have been successfully implementing social, cultural, and recreational projects that strengthen local communities, integrate various social groups, and increase access to culture and active recreation.
There are many ways to cooperate – from employee volunteering, through partnership activities and financial support, to joint social projects.

Employee volunteering
A volunteer program tailored to your company!
We invite companies that want to engage their employees in social activities – both those that already have their own volunteering program and those that want to create one.
What we can do together:
- implement activities within existing employee volunteering programs in your company;
- design and implement a volunteer program from scratch;
- invite employees to participate in social and educational activities;
- organize volunteering at in-person or online events.
Employee volunteering not only provides real help to the community, but also builds teamwork, a sense of purpose in work, and is an important element of a responsible business strategy.
Hire us – activities for companies
We have experience in cultural animation, working with local communities and designing social events.
We can prepare for your company, among others:
- creative workshops and thematic training for employees;
- family events (e.g. Children's Day, Family Day);
- social projects involving employees;
- relaxing trips into nature for teams and management staff;
- workshops on accessibility issues.
We create activities that combine team integration with real social impact.
Revenues generated from commissioned workshops and events support the statutory activities of the Foundation.
Other forms of cooperation
You can also get involved in our activities by:
- competence volunteering;
- employee contributions (payroll giving);
- financial or in-kind donations;
- bundling;
- support for specific social projects (e.g. respite trips);
- participation in social campaigns, such as #ŁadneMorsy.
Every form of support helps us develop activities for children and young people, seniors, and people with disabilities and their families.
