Dear friends, in a moment – on December 5, 2024 – the first Volunteer Fair in the history of Świdnica will take place!

Here is the event program:
- 9:00–10:00 – Registration of participants and opening of the event
- Welcome of guests by organizers and representatives of local authorities.
- A brief overview of the event's purpose and program.
- 11:00–15:30 – Presentations by volunteer organizations
- Information stands of organizations operating in the field of volunteering.
- Presentations of projects implemented in Świdnica and the surrounding area.
- Meetings with volunteer coordinators who talked about their activities.
- 10:00–15:00 – Thematic workshops
- Volunteering in the context of non-governmental organizations' activities – practical tips and case studies.
- „"Communication and cooperation in volunteer groups"” – interactive exercises.
- „"Accessibility and involvement in the activities of people with disabilities" - practical tips.
- 15:30 – End of the event

The Świdnica Volunteering Project is being implemented in the Świdnica district and city in 2024-2026 thanks to funding from the "Partnership for Volunteering. 2024 Edition" program, implemented as part of the Solidarity Corps – the Government Program for Support and Development of Systematic Volunteering for 2018-2030.
The local partners of the project are the Świdnica Volunteer Centre, the Świdnica University of the Third Age, the Mam Pomysł Foundation and Fundacja Ładne Historie.
