We're thrilled to announce the launch of the "Beautiful Stories of Lower Silesian Seniors 2025" project – the next edition of our tried-and-true series of free activities and meetings for people aged 60+, acclaimed by participants! Following the success of last year's activities, we're back with an even richer offering – inviting seniors from Świdnica and Wrocław to participate in over 90 events organized throughout the year.
The program encompasses a variety of activities that address the real needs of seniors in both cities. These include exercise classes to improve physical fitness, memory training to support mental agility, workshops on digital education and online safety, and meetings dedicated to mental health and prevention. The project aims not only to develop skills and promote a healthy lifestyle, but above all, to combat social isolation and build strong, supportive local communities.

We will organize a total of 46 free events in Świdnica:
- 13 psychoeducational and preventive classes;
- 18 exercise classes;
- 5 classes related to media education for seniors;
- 10 memory training classes.
We will organize a total of 48 free events in Wrocław:
- 16 memory training classes;
- 16 physical activities;
- 8 classes related to media education for seniors;
- 8 classes related to psychoeducation.
