It was with sadness and dissatisfaction that we concluded the wonderful series of workshops in Świdnica, "Beautiful Stories of Lower Silesian Seniors." It was a time of acquiring new skills, mutual conversations, and precious shared moments.

The entire cycle included:
- 13 Memory Training workshops where, together with Jan Stark, you could improve your memory and learn ways to keep your mind in good shape.
- 13 Natural Forms of Movement workshops where Volha Rydleuskaya showed how and why it is worth using the benefits of yoga to focus on your breathing, quiet your mind and relax your body.
- 10 media workshops, during which the presenter Leszek Buchowski showed how to take care of online safety and how to use new technologies that are essential in our lives.
- 10 preventive workshops during which:
- Aleksandra Sypiańska showed how to cope with stress, taught how to build mental resilience and maintain healthy interpersonal relationships, and how to increase your resistance to everyday stress.
- During laughter yoga, Alicja Przepiórska made the participants aware that laughter, even (sometimes) forced laughter, brings many positive effects.
- Edyta Chojnacka Palcat showed how to prepare healthy meals and snacks, healthy eating is an investment in our body and well-being.
- Anna Manugiewicz taught how to cope on your own at home when pain begins to bother us and what stretching, relaxation and strengthening exercises to do.
- Jakub Szymański practiced with seniors the extremely important and necessary first aid in the event of a threat to health or life before the arrival of emergency services.
Beyond the knowledge we gained, which will surely stay with us, we gained something even more valuable – wonderful friendships and shared moments. These were not only full of new experiences but also wonderful, active time spent together. It was simply fantastic!
