„The "(BEZ)CARE project — psychosocial support for children and youth in Świdnica and the Plac Grunwaldzki housing estate in Wrocław" financed by Pajacyk – Polish Humanitarian Action, is an initiative that combined the needs of our recipients and teams in two locations.

This autumn, we'll be hosting a series of psychosocial and relaxation workshops and individual consultations for children and young people at Grunwaldzki Square. We cordially invite you to attend! Take a look at what we've prepared for you:
- POWER WORKSHOP This is a series of psychosocial skills workshops designed to boost self-confidence by highlighting children's strengths and demonstrating their competencies in practice. Workshop participants will receive guidance on how to cope with stressful and challenging situations.
- STARING AT THE SKY DAY This workshop is part of a series of classes about mindfulness, relaxation, and discovering one's strengths! This session will help children focus on their own well-being, tensions, and emotions, and will equip participants with tools for bodywork—breathing and relaxation exercises.
