From March to September 2026, the Support Group for Parents and Guardians, led by Marcin Kuc, was held in Świdnica. This group was created for parents and guardians who need a space to talk, share experiences, and find new ways to cope with everyday challenges.
These meetings allowed participants to better understand their children, examine their own reactions, and develop skills related to communication and relationship building. There were exercises, role-plays, conversations, and the exchange of experiences, but also plenty of laughter, coffee, and just being together.

The most important change occurred within the group itself. Over time, participants increasingly opened up, supported each other, and began sharing their own ways of coping with difficult situations. A genuine relationship developed, based on trust and the feeling that one doesn't have to face parenting challenges alone.
In September, the group completed a full series of meetings. Participants received certificates of completion, but above all, they took home new experiences, inspirations, and relationships that developed during their collaborative work. Below, with the authors' permission, are the messages written by the participants:
- „Thank you for a safe place, for support in the difficult journey of raising children.”
- „"Thanks for the wonderful, emotional, and very helpful workshops. It was a wonderful time, even though the topics were incredibly difficult."”
- „"Thank you so much for the positive energy, the wonderful place, and all the inspiring meetings. I hope there will be more of them in the future."”
We would like to thank Marcin Kuc for leading the group, his commitment, and creating a space where we could pause, talk, and look at parenting from a new perspective. We also thank all participants for their trust, openness, and willingness to work together.
We hope that this is not the last group and that we will be able to create a similar space for parents and young people again.
See you in the next activities!
The activity is co-financed by the PZU Foundation under the „Czysty Przekaz” program.
