Stress is a ubiquitous phenomenon these days, even among children and adolescents. More and more school-age children are experiencing chronic stress. There's even talk of student burnout. Research shows that practicing mindfulness daily significantly improves concentration, reduces stress, and helps foster inner balance.
Mindfulness can be practiced without age restrictions. Mindfulness can be successfully practiced with children in preschool, school, and at home. This session will allow you to explore this topic and begin practicing mindfulness to support the well-being of your child or, if you are a teacher, your class.
