Donation Regulations

  1. The website is run by the Ładne Historie Foundation with its registered office in Świdnica (address: al. Niepodległości 12a/1, 58-100 Świdnica), identified by the numbers NIP: 8842769171, REGON: 365551622, KRS: 0000640105.
  2. The website enables financial support for the statutory activities of the Foundation.
  3. These regulations are intended to define the conditions for making online donations using the form available on the website implemented by the services dev.ladnehistorie.pl and laczanasgory.pl.
  4. One-off online payments are handled by the payment operator PayU SA, ul. Grunwaldzka 182, 60-166 Poznań NIP 779-23-08-495, REGON 300523444, District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, KRS 0000274399.
  5. Any adult individual, legal entity, or organizational unit may make a donation. These individuals will be referred to as "Donors.".
  6. Donations made through the website are made on an ongoing basis.
  7. To make a one-off donation, after completing the form on this website, the Donor will be redirected to the operator's website.
  8. As part of online payments, the Donor can make payments using: electronic transfers (including BLIK, Google Pay) and traditional transfers (the current list of cooperating banks and payment methods is available on the website).
  9. Each Donor who completes the form and proceeds to the website consents to the processing of the data provided in the form for marketing purposes, in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations.
  10. By completing the data in the Form, the Donor accepts the Regulations and consents to the processing of Personal Data by the Foundation, in accordance with the terms of the Regulations and for the purposes specified therein.
  11. The personal data controller is Fundacja Ładne Historie, data above.
  12. The Donor has the right to access the data, correct it, request its deletion, as well as the right to limit its processing, object to the processing of personal data and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if the data is processed contrary to legal requirements.
  13. Data will be processed for the purpose of concluding and executing a donation agreement with the Administrator and making necessary settlements in connection with its conclusion (if necessary), as well as for the purpose of fulfilling our statutory activities. Data will also be processed for marketing purposes.
  14. Data may be processed in a fully automated manner, including profiling.
  15. Providing data is voluntary, but failure to provide it will result in the inability to conclude a contract.
  16. To the extent that data is processed based on separate consent, the Donor has the right to withdraw consent at any time. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.
  17. Personal data will generally be processed until the expiry of the limitation period for claims and obligations arising from the contract concluded with the Controller.
  18. In justified cases, a donor may file a complaint and request a refund of their donation. Complaints should be submitted to fundacja@ladnehistorie.pl, with the subject line "complaint" and the reason and details of the transaction. Each complaint will be reviewed individually by the Foundation within 14 days of receipt.
  19. The Foundation has the right to change the regulations at any time.
  20. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of generally applicable law shall apply.
