We want to share with you another important step we've taken as a Foundation. From the very beginning, one of our core areas has been working with children and young people, regardless of age, situation, or culture. For us, the child's well-being is paramount.

Over the course of this year, our educational teams have jointly developed a Code of Conduct that encompasses key values for us and our students. These include:
- Security
- Empathy and the ability to communicate with each other
- The right to play
- Mutual respect
- Equal treatment
- Availability
- Patience and mindfulness
- Openness and flexibility
