Due to the dynamic development of the Ładne Historie Foundation's activities aimed at people who arrived in Świdnica following the outbreak of war in Ukraine, we are seeking a psychologist. Due to the specific nature of the activities covered by this job posting, at least conversational Ukrainian and Polish language skills are required.
Our goal is to provide appropriate psychological support for those currently residing in Świdnica, who arrived as a result of Russia's aggression against Ukraine. As a non-governmental organization providing services to the residents of Świdnica, since the outbreak of the war in Ukraine, we have been actively engaging the community of people with refugee experience in subsequent projects, aiming to support this group in taking their first steps in our city. Working with people with refugee experience requires individual and group psychological consultations and the support of specialists in this field, which is why we are expanding our project team.
We offer:
- employment in a stable non-governmental organization based on a civil law or B2B contract;
- monthly remuneration of PLN 140 gross per hour (the monthly number of hours is determined based on the demand for psychological consultations with the beneficiaries of our activities).
We are looking for people who:
- have higher education (psychology);
- have experience in conducting psychological consultations with people with refugee experience;
- work based on the principles of ethics of the profession of psychologist and psychotherapist;
- are reliable, conscientious and accurate;
- speak Ukrainian and Polish at a communicative level (required due to the specific nature of the job).

Interviews with our invited candidates will be held at the Ładne Historie Foundation (or, depending on availability, remotely via Zoom) from December 2nd to December 12th, 2022 (interview dates will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis; dates will be agreed upon individually with candidates). We will inform you about the recruitment results by email by December 16th, 2022.
