Will we go to the mountains together next year? We believe so – but we need money to do it!
November is a time of great mobilization for us. It's the moment when we invite you to join us in making the dreams of many people with disabilities and their families to go to the mountains a reality.
The cost of one season is approximately PLN 250,000.
We are raising part of this amount from public funds, but in order for the 8th season of "The Mountains Connect Us" to take place safely, we need at least 100 thousand zlotys of support.

The remaining amount thanks to the involvement of our partners and during the main event of the campaign – a great joint winter swimming at the Morskie Oko swimming pool in Wrocław!
Main event: NICE WALRUS!
To support our goal, we invite you to a special event! Entering cold water symbolizes overcoming one's limitations and breaking barriers. It shows that together we can achieve what seems difficult, just like we do on mountain trails. That's why, on December 7th, at the Morskie Oko swimming area in Wrocław, we're organizing a joint winter swimming event under the slogan "Nice Walruses!". This event, accompanying the fundraiser, is a moment to come together, take on the challenge, and show the world a community that wants to make the world accessible to everyone.
Bring your family, friends, and colleagues. You can simply come, cheer on the swimmers over a warm cup of tea, and chip in. Attractions prepared by our partners await, along with refreshments that will warm even the most chilly. This is a time when the entire community comes together, supports each other, has fun, and raises funds for the next season of mountain hiking.
All proceeds from the event will be donated to our fundraiser.
The event is co-organized by the Wrocław Walruses Club.

Why is it worth it?
Because for eight years now, we've been creating something truly unique together. Thanks to "The Mountains Connect Us"„ over 200 families of people with disabilities every year he can regularly go to the mountains and catch the necessary breath there.
These are not only trips to the most beautiful corners of the Sudetes. community, friendships, support and motivation. For some – regaining life. For others – the first opportunity for joy and relaxation in years.
The „Mountains Connect Us” trips take place because we create them together: as volunteers, donors, partners, and friends of the project.
Each season involves hundreds of hours of community service, dozens of committed people, and a tremendous amount of good that has a real impact on the quality of life of families of people with disabilities.
What we do is not possible without your openness and generosity. Your generosity not only funds the trips. It gives hope, impulse and the feeling that no one is alone on this path.
