During the 15th edition of the Wrocław Health Promotion Days, we invite residents of Wrocław not only to take advantage of the offers of organizations offering free tests, consultations, and advice at their stands, but also to join the discussion on health and prevention. The talks, hosted on the main stage by Katarzyna Sudnik from Echo24 TV, will cover mental health and stress, technologies that help deaf and hard-of-hearing people improve their hearing, and combating internet addiction. The talks will be interspersed with traditional dance performances, Pilates demonstrations, and culinary workshops.

Pilates 6 Studio

Pilates 6 Studio is a cozy space in the heart of Wrocław, located at 6/4a Probusa Street. Our mission is to promote a healthy lifestyle and harmony between body and mind, in accordance with the philosophy of Joseph Pilates, who said that "the mind, when inhabited by a healthy body, possesses a wonderful sense of strength." We believe that regular Pilates practice allows one to achieve complete health, energy, and inner peace.
We specialize in the classic Pilates system, and classes are conducted on professional equipment such as the reformer, Cadillac, Wunda chair, arm chair, and mat. We gained our experience at the Pilates Clinic in Katowice and with Gloria Gasperia in Italy, a student of Jay Grimes, who trained directly with Joseph and Clara Pilates.
All persons participating in the event are bound by the regulations available on-site at the Infopoint and online: EVENT REGULATIONS.
