We invite you to a series of support group meetings for parents, guardians, and caregivers, during which we will look together at how to better understand the needs of children and young people and how to take care of ourselves in the daily challenges of parenting.

The meetings will be a space for conversation, exchange of experiences and acquiring specific tools – without judgment, but with mindfulness and support.
