In families where disability occurs, attention naturally focuses primarily on the person requiring support and their parents/guardians.
We want to better understand the experiences, needs, and perspectives of siblings of people with disabilities, both in everyday family functioning and in thinking about the future. As part of the TransferHUB program, we are working on solutions that will help create better methods and tools to support work with siblings of people with disabilities and entire families.
We are currently gathering experience and have prepared short surveys for those who can help us better understand this topic – caregivers of people with disabilities and assistants. Every response is very valuable and will contribute to a better understanding of the needs of families. Thank you in advance for sharing your experience!
The surveys are anonymous and will take a few minutes to complete.
