We are delighted to share with you that we have completed our spring series of workshops on children's rights in 15 primary schools in the municipalities within the Wrocław Agglomeration!
The Open Educational Workshop is a program implemented in collaboration with the Association of Municipalities of the Wrocław Agglomeration. We conduct workshops based on original educational materials developed specifically for this initiative. Thank you for your trust!

The meetings with students exceeded our wildest expectations! Both teachers and students welcomed us with open arms, showing us that talking to children about their rights is crucial!
Since March, we have had the opportunity to conduct 45 workshops on children's rights with sixth and seventh grade students. Together, we explored issues such as the right to respect and personal dignity, the right to speak and express one's opinion, the right to a life free from violence, to a sense of security and personal integrity, and the right to express emotions. These workshops were filled with conversations and often lively discussions and debates! We created artistically, because sometimes it's easier to express oneself through manual activities!

Working in groups of several or a dozen people made the participants feel comfortable and allowed each of them to express their opinion on a given topic.
We feel proud and satisfied when we receive information that our activities have sparked ongoing activities in our classroom or school related to children's rights! We are bursting with pride and a sense that what we are doing is meaningful!
Now it's time to take a break from summer vacation, but starting in September, we'll continue our work at other schools! See you there!

The project was prepared by the Ładne Historie Foundation at the invitation of the Association of Municipalities of the Wrocław Agglomeration.
