We have good news! We're back with your favorite series, "Return to Crafts," in which seniors from Plac Grunwaldzki and surrounding neighborhoods come together to learn the secrets of craftsmanship in its various forms. In 2024, we'll have a few new additions to these classes, but we're starting with one of your favorite presenters: Monika Splotka.

We've been running the "Return to Craft" series in partnership with the Wrocław Social Cooperative for two years now. We see it's incredibly popular, so we have no intention of abandoning it; on the contrary, we'll continue to expand it with you! This year, we'll also feature ceramics workshops, knitting classes, and our first sewing classes. But first, we invite you to join us in the workshops prepared by the well-known Splotka!

This time, we invite you to a two-hour workshop on how to weave a hanging flower stand. This classic hanging flowerpot decoration gained popularity in Poland in the 1970s. It's experiencing a renaissance again, and thanks to this workshop, you'll have the opportunity to learn this fascinating art of knotting. During the workshop, we'll weave macramé using 5mm beige cords on a natural hoop with the addition of colorful beads. In two hours, you'll learn basic weaves that will allow you to continue your work in the comfort of your home.
