In March, with the spring energy, regular meetings related to psychoeducational aspects of life, led by Krystian Kocjan, return to the Plac Grunwaldzki OD NOWA Center.

This highly regarded specialist and psychotherapist has been professionally supporting seniors for several years in understanding the processes occurring in the human body and mind. This applies to both the individual, family, neighborhood, and social spheres.

The Bridges of Culture series is a unique format dedicated to seniors, addressing their personal and collective experiences, understanding the process of transience in life, the changes occurring within individuals and the world, and finding one's place within it. Workshops conducted through conversations, reflections, and psychoeducational exercises open up a space for building balance and well-being in life.
