As part of the "Return to Craft" series, co-organized with the Wrocław Social Cooperative, we're focusing on handicrafts! This year, we sewed and created macramé, and now it's time for ceramics! Together with the local studio Zakwas Studio, we invite you to participate in creative outdoor workshops.

We've prepared a series of two outdoor ceramics workshops with Zakwas Studio, which will take place at Irena Sendler Square. During the workshops, we'll create simple platters or plates, which we'll then apply designs to using colorful engobes. After the workshops, the pieces will be coated with a transparent glaze and fired at high temperatures, making them food-safe and dishwasher-safe!

The workshops are open to all interested people, regardless of age, including children from 6 years of age.

Meeting schedule:

  • June 4, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM | The focal point of Irena Sendler Square between Curie-Skłodowska, Łukasiewicza and Smoluchowskiego Streets
  • June 11, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM | The focal point of Irena Sendler Square between Curie-Skłodowska, Łukasiewicza and Smoluchowskiego Streets

In case of inclement weather, the workshops will be held on-site at Plac Grunwaldzki OD NOWA at 63 Marii Skłodowskiej-Curie Street, 1st floor in a building located in the courtyard, entrance to the courtyard from the Pasibus and mural side.
