Together with the agency I lie and work We've prepared a training course on interpersonal communication. When? March 24th, 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM (ONLINE).
Majka Lipiak, entrepreneur and social innovator, and CEO of Leżę i Pracuję, the first marketing agency established to provide employment for people with physical disabilities, will speak to attendees about self-presentation and initial contacts with potential employers. Topics covered include:
- You only make a first impression once.
- What do today's employers value?
- Whether / How to talk about your disability during the recruitment process.
- Do's & don'ts, or what to do and what not to do when writing an email to an employer.
- What should a CV look like in 2022?
- Tools useful in the recruitment process.
The training will be attended by both project participants: testers and trainees, as well as parents and guardians of children and adults with disabilities.
