Due to the implementation of the "Wrocław Health Promotion Days 2023" campaign by the Ładne Historie Foundation, we are looking for a person to join our team to coordinate the activities of volunteers around the above-mentioned campaign.
„"Wrocław Health Promotion Days 2023" is a social initiative, in which the Department of Health and Social Affairs of the Wrocław City Hall invites you to participate, in collaboration with the Ładne Historie Foundation and the Magnolia Park Shopping Center. Once again, we will promote a healthy lifestyle among our city's residents and, as every year, encourage them to change their habits, diet, and approach to health as an integral part of their lives. After all, it's long been known that a healthy mind resides in a healthy body!

This year's campaign will take place on September 9th, this time in a completely new location – in front of the Magnolia Park Shopping Center at 58 Legnicka Street. In 2023, we are refreshing the campaign's format and changing its location, but the campaign's goal remains the same: promoting a healthy lifestyle among Wrocław residents and motivating health-promoting behaviors through educational activities and preventive screenings for early detection of health risks, lifestyle diseases, and addictions. We want Wrocław residents to be able to spend a Saturday in September with us in an active and creative way, while also taking advantage of the preventive screenings, meetings, and lectures on preventive care that our event partners will contribute to the program.
The scope of responsibilities of the person coordinating volunteers as part of the "Wrocław Health Promotion Days 2023" campaign:
- acquiring a database of volunteers – conducting recruitment, cooperation with institutions and organizations dealing with the idea of volunteering, cooperation with the business sector in the area of employee volunteering;
- coordination of volunteer activities in the process of preparing the "Wrocław Health Promotion Days 2023" – training of volunteers, organization and supervision of their work during the event on September 9, 2023;
- monitoring the progress of the volunteering project, collaborating with an evaluation specialist, and preparing materials summarizing the work of volunteers within the campaign;
- cooperation with people responsible for promotion and communication in the preparation of content related to the project.

What do we offer?
- employment based on a civil law contract or B2B for a part-time position in the period August-September 2023;
- remuneration of approximately PLN 2,000 gross/month;
- independent work position in Wrocław.
We are looking for people who:
- have experience in coordinating volunteering, knowledge of topics related to the objectives of the "Wrocław Health Promotion Days 2023" campaign is welcome;
- speak English at least at a communicative level;
- are open to working in a hybrid form (remote and on-site);
- are reliable, conscientious and accurate;
- are computer literate (MS Office and Google Suite are the minimum requirements).
A category B driving license will be appreciated and useful for the position of volunteer coordinator for the "Wrocław Health Promotion Days 2023" campaign.
