It's good to return to tried-and-true formats! We invite you to participate in the third edition of Grunwald's tastiest series – "Pojedzone – Neighborhood Culinary Meetings." We're organizing free culinary workshops for the local community in collaboration with the Wrocław Social Cooperative.

Under the guidance of experienced culinary practitioners and food lovers, we'll discover the delights of plant-based cuisine. This semester, we'll learn recipes for gluten-free comfort food and plant-based lunches perfect for work, school, and university. We'll also discover the many facets of the popular coleslaw, and we'll finish it all off with a true Korean feast. A delicious spring is on the horizon!
WORKSHOP SCHEDULE:
- March 13, 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM – vegetarian workshops | Dominika Józala | [NO PLACES AVAILABLE]
Gluten-free? Delicious! – During the workshop, we'll recreate well-known flour dishes, but in gluten-free versions. There will be savory crepes, just like Papaj dreamed of, fluffy pancakes, and nutty cookies.
- March 27, 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM – vegetarian workshops | Marcin Dutkowski | [NO PLACES AVAILABLE]
Her Majesty, Coleslaw! – We'll travel the globe in search of the perfect coleslaw. We'll discover four adaptations of the popular coleslaw, which has been hailed as the king of coleslaws. To achieve this, we'll visit the United States, Lebanon, and Burma.
- April 12, 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM – vegetarian workshops | Hanna Sobolewska and Wojciech Pawełczyk | [NO PLACES AVAILABLE]
Korea on a Plate – Together with friends, we'll visit Korea, fragrant with ginger, soy sauce, gochujang paste, and gochugaru flakes. Together, we'll prepare an original dinner consisting of three popular dishes enjoyed in Korean homes.
- April 26, 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM - vegetarian workshops | belly makers | [NO PLACES AVAILABLE]
In the Box – Plant-Based Lunchbox – What makes a good lunchbox? Easy to prepare, healthy, and balanced! We'll prepare three nutritious "in the box" meal ideas, perfect for school, work, and university.
All workshops will take place in the Plac Grunwaldzki OD NOWA space (in the courtyard at ul. Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej 63a, 1st floor).
