It's time for the next installment of the "Return to Craft" series – this time, as part of our creative workshops, we're launching the "1, 2, 3 Sew" workshop, where we'll work together to alter your clothes, sew on torn buttons, patch, and darn. Spring has finally arrived at Grunwald, so it's time to start organizing your closets!

We've been running the "Return to Craft" series in partnership with the Wrocław Social Cooperative for two years now. We see it's incredibly popular, so we have no intention of abandoning it; on the contrary, we'll continue to expand it with you! We've already hosted macramé workshops with Splotka, and within the next two months, we'll be hosting crochet and ceramics workshops. Today, however, we invite you to get your sewing machines in gear! This time, we're also supported by the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Wrocław, sharing equipment that's already waiting for your sewing creativity.

„"1, 2, 3 Sew" is a two-hour pilot workshop focused on giving your clothes new life. We work in the spirit of waste-free living and don't throw away clothes that we can repair, improve, shorten, or embellish. Broken buttons? Pants that need shortening? Torn seams and holes that have been waiting for your intervention for months? It's time to roll up your sleeves and get to work—even if you don't have much sewing skill. Want to use a sewing machine and catch up on your sewing skills? Or perhaps these will be your first steps in sewing and mending clothes? We have good news: there's something for everyone during these workshops!

And if you have some dusty and unwanted fabric scraps, colorful tablecloths, or bed linens lurking in your closets, this is the perfect opportunity: drop them off with us! Together, we'll give them new life by sewing something completely new that will be used and needed again!
