We're launching a coworking space for people who were forced to leave their homes due to the war and are currently residing in the Plac Grunwaldzki housing estate. In our space, you can reserve a desk by the hour, free of charge, depending on your needs. Nauczycielska 8/4 is a space initiated by the local partnership "Nasz Grunwald," courtesy of NavAlgo, an IT company that is providing its office space to our new Ukrainian neighbors.
Who are we creating Nauczycielska 8/4 for?
For all those who have had to relocate to Wrocław as a result of the war in Ukraine – this includes both those temporarily living in the city center and those from outside this part of the city. We know that some of you are working or studying remotely and may not have the appropriate facilities in your current location. Some of you are still in the process of job searching and completing paperwork, so you need a space where you can focus and prepare the necessary documents. We will make every effort to provide a volunteer who speaks Ukrainian or Russian, coffee, and, of course, the necessary infrastructure – a desk, internet access, and access to a computer. Use of the space is completely free.
Need some time for yourself and want access to office equipment and stable internet? Unfamiliar with Wrocław and struggling to find your feet? Will the work, study, and meeting space at Grunwaldzki Square allow you to work more comfortably than at home or wherever you're currently located? Here, you can gather your thoughts and tackle topics that require focused attention at the computer. We invite you to our welcoming home!
How does Nauczycielska 8/4 work?
We are open four hours a day, five days a week.
- On Mondays and Thursdays from 10:00-14:00.
- Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m.
To reserve a desk, please complete the form, providing your contact details and specifying the day and time you wish to reserve. The form is also available in Ukrainian: bit.ly/Nauczycielska8_4.
If you are parents, while you are at the office, your children can take part in activities at the nearby recreation centre – at the Plac Grunwaldzki OD NOWA headquarters at Skłodowskiej-Curie 63a or at the ODRA Centrum (Wybrzeże Juliusza Słowackiego 5B), depending on which days and hours you choose.

Who are we?
The "Nasz Grunwald" Partnership is an informal initiative group whose goal is cross-sectoral collaboration to improve the quality of life at Grunwaldzki Square in Wrocław. The partnership is made up of individuals who prioritize the estate's affairs and work daily on behalf of its residents – our neighbors. We represent non-governmental organizations, public institutions, academia, private sector entities, and grassroots social initiatives. We combine our expertise and resources to strengthen the estate's brand at the city level, build lasting and valuable bonds within the local community, and promote neighborhood spirit and local identity. We believe that Plac Grunwaldzki is a unique place in Wrocław, which is why we have decided to join forces to develop it.
The project "LOCAL ACTIVITY CENTER GRUNWALDZKI SQUARE" is being run by Fundacja Ładne Historie thanks to co-financing from the Municipality of Wrocław.
