This Friday (29/04) from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., a training session on expressing emotions for the project participants will be held at our headquarters at Curie 63a in Wrocław. The mountains will unite us! Together, we are developing social tourism.!

An orange graphic, with the inscription on the right: "The mountains will connect us!" Below, the note: "Together we develop social tourism." At the very bottom, a strip with the logos: Active Citizens Program – Regional Fund, Fundacja Ładne Historie, and Connecting Us Mountains, and a note about financing: "Project implemented with a grant from the Active Citizens Program – National Fund, financed by the EEA Grants." On the left, the graphic: two figures with mountain backpacks hike among mountain peaks.

Together with the Imago Foundation, we have prepared a training course on expressing emotions and communicating both in groups and outside.

The training will be led by trainer Marta Cygan – a career and personal counselor, educator, trainer, coach, and academic teacher. She is a graduate of the University of Wrocław (Pedagogy and Counseling), the University of Lower Silesia (postgraduate studies "Counselor-Trainer-Consultant. Lifelong Career Counseling"), and the MATRIK School of Management Trainers and Consultants. She has extensive professional experience in conducting training sessions, workshops, and classes, as well as individual and group counseling for various client groups (including students, unemployed individuals, seniors, teachers, social workers, employees of various public and non-governmental institutions, people with disabilities, assistants, activity coaches, and job coaches). She specializes in educational, career, and lifelong counseling, personal counseling, adult education, and the social and professional activation of groups at risk of social exclusion. In addition to working directly with individual and group clients, she also creates and implements her own training programs, primarily in the areas of counseling and personal and professional development. In her professional work, she is inspired by constructivism and a holistic approach to individuals, understanding careers as a lifelong process of development.

The training will be attended by both project participants: testers and interns, as well as parents and guardians of children and adults with disabilities.

See you!
