Since the beginning of the year, we've been focusing on our physical fitness, so it's time to focus on our mental well-being! We invite all seniors to participate in a new series with trainer Konrad Kocjan, who will teach you how to easily improve your memory. The regular sessions begin on February 1st.

We invite you to the Local Activity Center Plac Grunwaldzki for a series of classes aimed at people in late adulthood, during which we will exercise our minds, reflexes, and communication skills. Under the guidance of Konrad Kocjan, we will learn various methods of memory maintenance, which can be used independently at home or with friends or grandchildren. A pinch of theory and plenty of opportunities for experimentation.
We accept registration for classes in two ways:
- by phone (71) 757 15 87 – Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 16:00
- via the online application form: bit.ly/TRENINGIpamieciZAPISYPlease note: The list of participants is full – registration is only possible on the reserve list!
